Level of expertise is above and beyond.I've been having an issue with my jaw clicking. Orthodontist and dentist said it was a side effect after using invisalign. I made a comment to Ashley about my pain and after focusing on certain points I now can eat a burger the way it was meant to be. Thank you!!
Ashley is my go to for a solid body tune up. She’s well educated and professional. Great communication and clean office space. I have been an Esthetician/Nail Tech for 12 years now and as we all know my hands are my tools so it’s imperative to remain in good working order. Ashley has given me hope even when Dr’s have left me disappointed and helpless.

Maribel is truly a miracle worker. I spent the last 3 weeks with heavy swelling on my right knee, I was convinced I tore something and would need to see an ortho. My friend recommended I see Maribel for a massage, I was skeptical as to how much she could really help with the swelling on my knee. After a 1 hour session, the swelling was almost gone. The next morning, my knee was 100% back to normal and I have since been able to return to CrossFit and even lifting heavy weights. I highly recommend Maribel, she is by far the most knowledgeable and professional massage therapist in Miami!
I recently had a baby and was suffering from horrible back pain. Ashley helped alleviate the pain so much.
I had been experiencing sharp pain in my shoulder for over a week. So bad that it was painful to breath. Ashley Font did a variety of techniques to help alleviate my pain. The next day I was about 75% better. Some pain but no where near what I was at the morning before. Price was very reasonable for what the industry charges. Ashley was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would quickly go back and recommend her services.

So I was having this shoulder issue. I’ve been ignoring it for a while. But the pain was starting to affect my sleep. So I came to see Maribel from Movement for Life. Not going to lie. It was somewhat painful. But after a few days I was able to do my regular movements at crossfit with no pain. I was actually shocked that I was doing the weight Rx. So I would like to say a big thank you for the therapy. And yes I have to make it more recurrent. Thanks again Maribel for the therapy.
I feel like a new person every time I leave this place. Very clean! Space boots and cupping are my favorite! Will need to try acupuncture soon. Thank you for everything you Ladies do!!!
